Tulip Perth has richly double flowers with a fringed white edge. The colour is somewhere between pink and lilac and becomes a softer and softer pink during flowering. Tulip Perth is a late bloomer and stays short, making it ideal for planting at the front of your garden or, of course, in pots. You can never have enough of these, can you?
