The classic kale variety! Westlandse Autumn is a late type. Very winter hardy with beautifully curled leaves. Best in taste after the first frost. Also grows quickly as microgreens. Tender baby leaves are perfect for smoothies.

Details

Sow from late April to late July in open ground. Cover with a thin layer of soil and keep moist. Best sown in a seedbed and transplanted after 5-6 weeks. The flavor is best after frost. Harvesting from the bottom extends the harvest period.
